Great stay in the heart of the city. The hotel was located in a prime location, just a short walk to the local restaurants and markets. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even helped us arrange tours. The complimentary toiletries were of high quality and the breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruits and delicious bread. We also enjoyed the convenience of having access to computers with internet in the lounge.
The absence of an elevator made it challenging to climb to the higher floors on foot. Additionally, the smell in the toilet was unpleasant at times.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a balcony. The tea/coffee making facilities and daily supply of water were nice touches. The free wifi was reliable, and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. The laundry service was efficient and good value. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is a great base to explore the city, being very close to the airport and offering easy access to the river front, the Wat Xieng Genun temple, and the famous Joma bakery. the evening market at the Mekong river bank is only a short stroll away. the rooms are basic yet clean, and the service is good all the way around. the basic breakfast includes items such as eggs, toast, and pancakes, and there are many good coffee shops nearby.
Despite the hotel's great location and decent amenities, some aspects do not live up to expectations. the flimsy doors to the room with no deadbolt lock didn't feel very secure, and some guests felt the curtains were too thin and did not block out enough sunlight.

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. Situated on a quiet dead-end street near the fountain, it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the convenience of nearby restaurants, such as Joma bakery, and the beautiful Wat Xieng Genun temple. a great experience!
The only downside was the occasional noise from nearby construction work.
